What to Expect on Your Safari:
- Wildlife Viewing: Expect to see an abundance of wildlife, including elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and a variety of birds. Tsavo and Amboseli are particularly famous for their elephant herds.
- Scenic Landscapes: The landscapes in this itinerary range from the vast savannah of Amboseli to the rugged terrain of Tsavo West and the open plains of Tsavo East. You'll also get panoramic views of Mount Kilimanjaro.
- Lodging and Accommodation: You’ll stay in a mix of lodges, camps, and tented camps, all offering different levels of comfort, from basic accommodations to more luxurious options. Most camps and lodges are equipped with amenities such as swimming pools, restaurants, and safari-related services.
- Game Drives: Expect to go on game drives in 4x4 safari vehicles with professional guides who will help spot wildlife and provide information about the flora and fauna.
- Safari Meals: Meals are typically included, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner served at the lodge or camp. Many lodges and camps offer buffet-style meals or à la carte options.
- Cultural Experience: Depending on the tour, you may have the chance to visit local Maasai or other indigenous communities to learn about their cultures.

- Day 1 From NAIROBI to AMBOSELI National Park Get picked up from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA)/ hotel and after short breafing embark on your safari to Amboseli National Park, the park is famous for its incredible wild beauty and enormous collection of big game and snow-capped Mt. Kilimanjaro. Game drive in Amboseli and later have lunch at your prefered camp or lodge, in the afternoon you get a game drive, later dinner and overnight. NB: kindly discuss withh the driver for the following day full game drive and liaise with the reception for lunch boxes
- Day 2: Have more fun at AMBOSELI Start with an early game drive, followed by breakfast, another long game drive after breakfast., have your lunch at the mid-day take a moment to relax, in the afternoon you get another game drive and later a dinner and overnight at camp or a lodge in the park.
- Day 3: From AMBOSELI to TSAVO WEST National Park Start with an early game drive before breakfast, then after breakfast you depart for Tsavo West National Park through Chyullu hills and Lava flow (Shetani Lava) straight to Mzima Springs; the underground water from Mt. Kilimanjaro. Here you will be able to see crocodiles, hippos and different species of birds. Get to your camp or Lodge for lunch and relax. Later spend your afternoon doing game drive and perharps visit the Rhino Sactuary where you have the opportunity to learn more about the “big five”; Rhinos, Leopards, Elephants, Buffaloes and Lions. Later you get back to a lodge for dinner and overnight.
- Day 4: From TSAVO WEST to TSAVO EAST National Park After breakfast, you depart for Tsavo East National Park to get a short game drive before arriving at your safari lodge or camp for lunch. Afternoon is spent with game viewing in this Africa’s famous national park till the late evening where you get to a lodge for dinner and overnight.
- Day 5: Tsavo East-Mombasa/Nairobi Depart after breakfast and drive to Mombasa arriving late afternoon.you will have stopover on the way for lunch.Drop off at your beach resort or Villa. Either depart from Tsavo East and drive to Nairobi. This tour can either end in Nairobi or Mombasa.

4The experience was great, there was a lot to see. A few comments, 1. The audio was quite soft at times so I could not hear the commentary and history but the audio I could hear was entertaining and well read 2. Different drivers give different service so if you do not have a map it is easy to miss spots. I recommend having a sign/audio in the bus that tells you which stop you are at

5It was a very peaceful and calm sailing with Sofia, my skipper for the day. The wind was a bit weak initially but it really picked up when we were sailing back. Sofia is very active and an excellent skipper and a very good guide and pointed lot of different types of boats to me, the meaning of the horns. The island we went to was hilly and a very small beach and we had a good lunch there.

5We LOVED this tour. Our group’s ages range from 18-26 and the tour was perfect for us. It is somewhat physically challenging but if you are in decent shape, it’s manageable and so worth it! Their team gives you all the gear you need (wetsuits, shoes, helmets, life jackets, etc) so all we brought was a swimsuit and a towel. This has been the favorite activity of our group so far on our travels.
